We ship via USPS and UPS. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delivery Times

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, and tracking information.

If you believe your package was stolen, please contact your local law enforcement and the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take photos of the damaged packaging and items

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Order Modifications

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations. Please contact us at info@aryehcollection.com immediately if you need to make changes. If your order has already been processed or shipped, modifications will not be possible.

During peak holiday seasons, please allow additional processing and shipping time. We recommend ordering early to ensure delivery by your desired date.
