RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Eligible Returns To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In original packaging with all tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items

Return Process To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at info@aryehcollection.com within the return window
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will send you return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item(s) back to: 121 W. 15th St, Los Angeles, CA 90015

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@aryehcolection.com with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
